For those of you who really know me I hate working out!
I always try to do it but I am the kind of person that
if I don't loose weight the first day I quit,(yeah I know that is never realistic!)
but since I have been going to Taebo on monday & friday and weights on
tuesday & thursday I am LOVING it!! I seriously never thought that I would
enjoy getting up and working out, my sister has always been a jogger and can kick
some butt on the treadmill and my sister in law loves the gym and goes everyday.
Well I can honestly say now that I am addicted to it, it makes me
feel so much better about myself, and again if you know me I never do anything
for myself I always do stuff for my kids or Jeff before me well that is going to
change and I am going to be spending a lot more time on myself, because I'm
worth it :)!!

Cograts Jill. This is a happy place to be. They always say put your own mask on first, too many of us Moms forget that or feel guilty if we do. Your health and happiness is in there best interest. Keep it up!!!

I LOVE WEIGHTS CLASS. Now that Tristan is here I work out at home, I do p90x, and I really miss the gym.... good for you! It really does make a difference hu?
