Yesterday we went to the Provo airport with some kids from the neighborhood. My mother in law set up a bunch of tours of local stuff for the kids to see this summer, : water treatment plant, Provo traffic control, city council offices etc. The kids were really excited about the airport. we were able to be near the runway while we watched a Private jet take off, we also saw a bunch of planes land.
Before we left the kids got to sit a a small plane and hear all about what makes planes fly. I think it is pretty cool that our town has their own airport, even though flying scares the CRAP right out of me( seriously you would die laughing if you saw me in a airplane, especially during landing and take off, next time I should video tape it or just take a sedative to knock me out the whole time!! :))

I think we should fly somewhere together all you need to do is get drunk on the flight and you won't even remember that your flying! Promise it will work!! Let's run away from our kids and husbands and go lay on a beach somewhere with drinks with the cute umbrellas in them!! ahhh that sounds good!!!
